Driver ticketed for the RLJ New Zealand Police were unable to spot the offense of “Unsafe Passing” This car actually touched my leg, arm and body (ok arse) as the driver forced his way through to jump a red light, as per New Zealand Police failed in their duty. I won’t report this one to RoadWatch, it is far too serious, the driver needs charges laid against him for his reckless behaviour. I’d love to hear this driver explain what he was doing to the Police Formal Complaint delivered to Police 6/4/11
