with plantar fasciitis for several years and have tried a number of products,
exercises and stretches to relieve pain and aid healing.
After a recent flare-up I decided to try the Sof Sole Orthotic Insoles and
the relief they brought was immediate. The heel pain subsided
almost instantly and within days has disappeared completely.
I have also noticed that the pain in my knees has lessened considerably and I’m hopeful that now
I can stand on both feet properly, that will go too.I haven’t yet tried
a long walk with these insoles as I am still healing, but I’m hopeful
that our holidays coming up in a couple of weeks
will be saved by the support these insoles are giving my feet.

Planta Faciitis for the second time in two years, it was
really affecting my life. Every time I excersised or was on my
feet for long periods, I was in so much pain. I changed my foot wear to
shoes with support and also did the excerises recommended by my GP.
Unfortunately after six months the problem was not
improving.I have been wearing Sof Sole for women for over a
week and I can honestly say the improvement is fantastic!

I’ve been transferring the insoles between boots,
trainers and shoes and the pain reduction is incredible.
The only negative comment is they tend to slip down in my walking

StephanieAfter researching the website, I called and spoke with
an expert and we agreed on this insole for PF in my left heel.
It arrived within 36 hours. The insole is very comfortable and has
a ‘sticky’ area on the underside of the heel to prevent it slipping
in the shoe.As with all insoles, it takes up an amount of space in the shoe but since
this is a half insole, it only takes up space in the heel so I
can wear them with my nice shoes as well as walking/running shoes.

Overall – very pleased and would recommend both the insole and also
